About Sanad Association

Sanad Association was registered with the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development in February 2003. It is a non-profit civil association whose goal is to support children’s cancer centers in the Kingdom with the financial or financial resources they need, and to provide social services and shelter for patients and their families in need after conducting field research, in addition to providing learning and education programs. To patients and their families about childhood cancer and how to deal with it, Sanad Association, through its journey extending for more than two decades, seeks to develop the level of health care provided to sick children, provide support to all children’s centers in the Kingdom, and discuss ways to enhance the responsibility of the private sector and the participation of society in its various segments, in addition to researching Ways to develop the concept of volunteering by attracting competencies in various fields to achieve the association’s mission.

About Award

Princess Adelah Award

Based on the keenness of Her Royal Highness Princess Adelah bint Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sanad Charitable Society to support children with cancer, the importance and necessity of supporting scientific research and medical and humanitarian programs in the field of childhood cancer. The Princess Adela Bint Abdullah Scientific and Humanitarian Award was established in 2009 AD, through which it seeks to urge society to contribute to serving this group that is dear to all of our hearts, and an initiative by Her Highness to honor and reward those with strong and challenging individuals and their families in their support to confront the disease.
