Eligibility

  • The candidate must be a certified nurse in the field of pediatric cancer.
  • The candidate must currently be practicing in one of the medical centers or hospitals in the kingdom.
  • The candidate must be a Saudi citizen or resident of the kingdom.
  • The candidate must have at least two years of work experience in the field of pediatric oncology.
  • The candidate must not have previously received the award.
  • The candidate's eligibility for the award is not affected by receiving any other major awards.
  • No consideration is given to race, gender, nationality, or religion.

Nominations

  • Competition relies solely on a third-party nomination system.
  • Nominations may only be submitted by a cancer treatment center, colleagues, cancer survivors, parents or caregivers, patients, or others.
  • Self-nominations are not allowed.
  • There is no limit to the number of applicants that may be nominated by any institution or individual.
  • Each nomination must include a completed nomination form and two letters of recommendation.
  • Additional materials or supporting documents will not be considered.
  • Nominations must be emailed to [insert email address] by no later than [insert date].
  • Incomplete or late nominations will not be considered.
  • Paper nominations are not accepted.

Changes to the nomination:

  • Withdrawal of nomination: Nominations can be withdrawn within two weeks from the closing date for nominations.
  • Nominations cannot be withdrawn after this period.
  • Please provide immediate written notice to the award organizers if you decide to withdraw your nomination for any reason.
